Masks and Personal Freedom: Governor Kate Brown has mandated that Oregonians wear face coverings in public spaces. All five Clackamas County Commissioners have urged the public to wear face coverings and masks in public. Residents in opposition to this order claim that it infringes upon personal freedom and liberties.
