Internet access/connectivity
Self-isolation practices during the ongoing pandemic have cast a national and local light on the "digital divide" -- the gap between those who have ready access to computers and the Internet, and those who do not. This is particularly true for members of the public who primarily access the Internet at their workplace, children home from school, and individuals in rural areas.
The Board of County Commissioners needs to know about the public's issues around internet connectivity. What are the challenges? What have been the ramifications?
