Searching tip: less is more. When searching for permits, fill in only the address field to find your property before narrowing your search further.

To get clarity on property lines, search for your property on CMAP. You will find many helpful details including utility provider, area parks, school district and more.

Construction noise is allowed in unincorporated Clackamas County between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., seven days a week.  Details are in County Code Chapter 6.05.

If your construction project requires working earlier than 7 a.m. or later than 10 p.m., you can apply for a variance online. The variance webpage includes FAQs that can help you determine if a variance is right for you.
