Request Mobile Services for Community Events

Clackamas County Public Health Division can bring public health services to your community event with our new mobile services van! Services offered can include public health outreach and education on a variety of topics, STI testing, immunizations and more. To make a request, please fill out this form at least 3-4 weeks prior to the event.   

Priority will be given to events in Clackamas County serving historically marginalized populations and priority geographic areas.
