Immunizations (also known as vaccines) are one of the most effective and successful tools to prevent disease, illness, and premature death from infectious diseases.
All adults need these routine immunizations:
- COVID-19 vaccine
- Flu vaccine (influenza)
- Tdap vaccine (tetanus, diphtheria, and whooping cough) or Td vaccine (tetanus, diphtheria)
