#ClackCo has a funding opportunity for nonprofits to apply for ARPA dollars to support Capacity Building and Recovery assistance to other nonprofits/community based organizations (CBOs) that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Clackamas County has extended the application due date for the nonprofit/CBO capacity building recovery assistance Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). This NOFO is now scheduled to close on Nov. 8 at 2 p.m., and no other extensions are expected.

A webinar for nonprofits/CBOs will be held on Oct. 27 (1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.) covering the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (“SLFRF”) subrecipient programmatic and financial reporting requirements specific to this NOFO. The webinar will include a brief walkthrough of the application, answers to frequently asked questions the county has received, and more.

Visit the webinar event page to register. The NOFO information can be viewed on our Grants page.

Please note! If you are a nonprofit/CBO that has already turned in an application, since they have not yet been reviewed, there is an opportunity to withdraw your first application submission and submit a new one by Nov. 8. Please indicate “Final Submission” on the new application.

Award announcements will be delivered the week of Nov. 27.
