Budget – Clackamas County Service District No. 5 – Street Lighting Financial Information

Each year by June 30 the Board is required to adopt a budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Fiscal years run from July 1 through the following June 30. The annual budget serves as a foundation for the District’s financial planning and control. The budget is prepared by fund in accordance with Oregon Budget Law.

Financial Reports

The District is also required to have an annual independent audit and prepare an Annual Financial Report (AFR). The AFR provides information based upon the revenues and expenditures for government-wide and fiduciary activities in accordance with Government Auditing Standards.
