February 5	Last day for Special Districts to return board member updates
February 9	Last day to publish notices of District Board Elections in local newspaper
February 11	First day for district candidates to file for office with verified signatures or fee
March 21	Deadline for district candidates to file for office with verified signatures or fee Last day for candidates to withdraw Deadline for local governing bodies to file Notice of Measure with the County
March 25	Deadline for measure arguments and candidate statements to be filed for inclusion in voters' pamphlet
March 29	Material submitted for inclusion in voters' pamphlet becomes public record
April 30	Deadline for new voter registration
Mail-out Dates:
April 4	Out of Country / Military ballots are mailed
April 22	Out of State ballots are mailed
