Join More Than 56,000 Clackamas County Voters and Sign Up for Track Your Ballot

Oregon City, OR – As of March 26, Clackamas County Elections reports that 56,209 Clackamas County voters have signed up for Track Your Ballot, a service that allows voters to know where their ballot is in the voting process from mailed to accepted.

Track Your Ballot enables voters to receive notifications by text, phone, or email about the status of their vote-by-mail ballots, from the time Clackamas County Elections mails the outgoing ballot packet to the voter, to when their voted ballot is returned and counted by the elections office. 

Images show messaging on Cell PhonesVoters can use Track Your Ballot as they get ready to vote every election including the upcoming May 20, 2025 Special District Election.  Receive an alert when your ballot is mailed to you. After you vote and return your ballot, be alerted when it has been received by the elections office, and again when it has been accepted for counting. If you forget to sign your ballot return envelope or your signature does not match the signature on your voter registration record, you will receive a notification through Track Your Ballot in addition to a mailed letter from the elections office on how to ensure your vote can be counted. Your vote remains anonymous and confidential. Track Your Ballot is a free service for the voter provided by Clackamas County Elections.

There is still plenty of time for voters to use the service for this election.  Sign up online for Track Your Ballot at clackamas.us/elections/track-your-ballot .

Clackamas County Elections will conduct a public Logic and Accuracy Test on April 4 at 10 a.m. A logic and accuracy test is a test of the tally system to ensure that each ballot format correctly tallies ballots in each contest. Election processes like this are available for observation by the public and observers are welcome.

The Voter Registration Deadline is April 29.  You can register to vote or update your voter registration online at oregonvotes.gov . Clackamas County Elections will mail ballots to voters beginning April 30.
