In her role, Laura is responsible for leading the Office of Economic Develop in implementing strategic priorities while ensuring goals are met to support business and workforce development throughout Clackamas County.
She helps to develop, recommend and oversee county-wide economic development efforts; to build relationships that promote the county’s economic competitiveness and support current and future businesses located within Clackamas County. In her role, Laura works on projects and functions with a particular focus on building wealth and prosperity by helping businesses start, expand or relocate to Clackamas County.

Cindy Moore
Business Assistance | Economic Landscape | Global Trade
Cindy manages the Business Retention, Expansion and Recruitment efforts, which includes oversight of local incentive programs and engagement in regional and state economic development activities. She also is the team lead for  Clackamas County Global Trade Strategy. She serves as a board member for the Oregon Economic Development Association and the Clackamas Workforce Partnership.
