Supportive Housing Services: Leveraging resources to address homelessness

Clackamas County’s programs work. We have decreased homelessness in the last three years across all areas, including chronic and unsheltered homelessness, and among military veterans, seniors, and families.

The Supportive Housing Services (SHS) program is a 10-year tax measure that funds homeless services inside the urban Metro boundaries. The county leverages other funding sources to provide similar services in rural areas. Supportive Housing Services Leveraging resources to address homelessness
