OREGON CITY, Or. – Clackamas County and the Clackamas County Employees Association (CCEA) have reached a fair and mutually beneficial agreement on a three-year contract.
CCEA members ratified all three agreements: the CCEA main contract, the Housing Authority contract, and the part-time and seasonal contract.
As part of the agreement, CCEA members will receive a retroactive cost-of-living adjustment of 4.1 percent that dates back to July 2024. They will also be reimbursed for the Kaiser Permanente premium increase that took place in January 2025.
Clackamas County wants to thank union leadership for its efforts on behalf of its members.
Clackamas County will not be commenting further on this agreement.
