Wedding Ceremonies and Marriage Licenses Postponed Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14 due to Inclement Weather:
Clackamas County Clerk’s Office will reschedule ceremonies and marriage license appointments with affected couples.
Oregon City, OR – Because of inclement weather the Clackamas County Clerk’s Office will remain closed Valentine’s Day, Friday, Feb. 14. All marriage license appointments and wedding ceremonies for today will be rescheduled.
County Clerk staff are reaching out directly to affected couples to reschedule marriage license appointments and wedding ceremonies for later in the month. Clerk McMullen apologizes for any disappointment or challenges created, “I thank the affected couples and their wedding parties for their understanding and look forward to officiating and assisting with marriage licenses once the weather has cleared up.”
The Office of the County Clerk will reopen Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 8:30 a.m. after the observed Presidents Day federal holiday. Couples who need to reschedule marriage license appointments or wedding ceremonies can contact the Recording Division by email at recording@clackamas.us or by phone at 503-655-8551 once the office is open again.
