Clackamas County Elections Launches Second Voter Service Location Inside the Happy Valley Library
Happy Valley Vote Center Open Monday, Oct. 21 through Election Day, Nov. 5
Happy Valley, OR – Clackamas County Elections will open a pop-up vote center inside the Happy Valley Library starting Monday, Oct. 21 for voters needing assistance. The Happy Valley Vote Center provides a closer choice for voters in Happy Valley, Sandy, Damascus and other north-east communities. Voters can choose the location, Clackamas County Elections Office in Oregon City or the Happy Valley Vote Center, that works best for them.
Each voter service location is staffed by sworn election officials. At the vote center citizens can,
- replace a lost or damaged ballot,
- update voter registration information,
- get voting assistance if they have a disability,

- return their voted ballot,
- or vote in person.
