Wichita Center sale to be approved at 6/26 joint meeting of NCPRD, NCSD

The North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District (NCPRD) and the North Clackamas School District (NCSD) will hold a joint meeting on Wednesday, June 26, at 6 p.m., to approve a tentative agreement on the terms of the sale of the Wichita Center property. 

After many months of dedicated work by NCPRD and NCSD, the parties have reached a workable solution that preserves the community services provided at the center.

The meeting will be held at the NCSD Administrative Building at 12400 SE Freeman Way, Milwaukie, OR 97267.

The public is welcome to attend the meeting and provide comments. Both parties have agreed to make no further public statements until after the June 26 meeting.
