What’s happening
Clackamas County Health Centers' Behavioral Health clinics (DSB, Hilltop, Stewart, and TCS) currently located in Oregon City are moving to a permanent location at our new Lake Road Health Center, 6605 SE Lake Road in Milwaukie, where we can provide you with enhanced services. The location is currently being renovated and will offer limited in-person services through the upcoming months until construction is complete. In the meantime, most of our services will continue via telehealth.

Continued professional care
Throughout the changes, you will continue to receive care from the same familiar therapists, case managers, supported employment specialists, peers, prescribers and front desk staff.
Please tell your provider if you are experiencing any difficulties with these changes and how we can help you adjust to them.
Preparing for new location
Our relocation to the new Lake Road Health Center will ultimately provide you with increased access to in-person care in a large renovated and client-friendly building. We’re excited for you to receive services in a building designed to meet your needs, and we look forward to sharing details as the renovations take place.

Join us on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 11 a.m. to noon.
