Housing Authority is updating its housing management system

Staff at the Housing Authority of Clackamas County have been busy getting ready to transition to a new software system, which will go live on July 5, 2022. Please be patient with us as we bring over all of our data and get used to the new and improved system.

Landlords

Please note that as a result of this transition, HACC will be unable to process a full mid-month check run in July. Any mid-month transactions will be processed with the main check run at the end of the month for Aug. 1 payment.

Tenants

Note that rent payments for July are still due on July 1 and will be processed as they are received.
