The purpose of this Task Force is to provide recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) on the programming, master planning, design, construction and governance of the new Gladstone Library.

The purpose of this meeting is to approve 1/29/19 meeting minutes, finalize task force protocols, select a task force member to serve on the consultant selection committee, and begin community values exercise.
