Public comments at this special board meeting will be allowed on the Wichita Center property transaction only. Because this meeting will be taking place at the NCSD district offices, public comments will follow a slightly different process than normal for NCPRD meetings.

Community members can present comments to the Board in person or via Zoom by filling out the form linked below or signing up. If you are presenting via Zoom, links to the Zoom meeting will then be shared via email. Accommodations may be made for those with disabilities. A speaker will give their name, city of residence, and the group, if any, that is represented and will limit their presentation to three minutes. If there are more patrons desiring to present comments than time allotted, the Board Chair has the authority to reduce the presentation time for individual speakers or institute a prioritization process.
