  2. Approval of an Amendment to a Subrecipient Agreement with The Children’s Center of Clackamas County for medical and forensic evaluations, victim support services and coordinated investigation assistance.   3. Approval of an Amendment to a Subrecipient Agreement with Northwest Family Services for temporary housing of intimate partner violence crime victims. Amendment Value is $41,666.05 for 1 year.   1. Approval of a Board Order reaffirming Clackamas County’s commitment to the Alden E. Miller Law Library. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.

Technology Services 

  1. Approval of an Amendment to the Software Support Contract with Oracle Peoplesoft for software maintenance and support. Amendment Value is $248,927.97 for 1 year. Total Agreement Value is $863,103.26 for 1 year. Funding is through budgeted departmental cost allocation, which includes a small portion of budgeted County General Funds.

Health, Housing & Human Services 

  1. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Sunrise Water Authority for the Low-Income Household Energy Assistance Program. Agreement value is $42,750 for 1 year. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Housing and Community Services. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. Approval of a Contract with TRIO Community Meals, LLC for congregate and senior home delivered meals. Total Agreement Value is $3,547,500 for 5 years. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Human Services. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. Approval of a Consent to Transfer, Assignment, and Assumption of a HOME Loan Agreement by KCK Partners, LLC for the Mt. Scott Terrace affordable housing project. No County General Funds are involved.
  4. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Portland State University for organizational development services in change management. Total Agreement Value is $10,000 for 9 months. Funding is through department interest income from federal, state and local funding awards. No County General Funds are involved.

Transportation & Development 

  1. Board Order Acknowledging Permanent Right of Way Easements for Road Purposes for Minuteman Way and Simultaneously Vacating a Portion of Mather Road and Industrial Way. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. Approval of a Contract with PBS Engineering and Environmental LLC for the Oatfield Rd Jennings Ave signal rebuild project. Total Contract Value is $472,969 for 2 years. Funding is through the Community Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. Approval of a Contract with Eagle-Elsner, Inc. for the Arndt Road/Airport Road paving project. Total Contract Value is $1,955,000 for 1 year. Funding is through County-approved American Rescue Plan Act, Lost Revenue and HB 2017 Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
