  1. Approval of Amendment #1 to a Contract with Merina & Company, LLP for Annual Comprehensive Financial Report Drafting. Amendment value is $130,000 and 14 months, contract value is now increased to $230,000 for 2 years. Funding is through budgeted County General Funds.

  1. Approval to Submit Feyrer Park Roadway and Infrastructure Improvements project and Barton Masterplan Phase 1 Development Projects for Metro Bond Funding. Allocated bond value is $5,381,324. Funding is through the 2019 Metro Parks and Nature Bond. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. Approval to apply for a Oregon Department of Transportation Safe Routes to School Grant for improvements near Oak Grove Elementary School. Grant value is $889,600, including $91,362 in matching funds. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Transportation and matching funds through the County Road Fund.   3. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Oregon City for traffic signal maintenance and transportation engineering services. Agreement value is estimated at $60,000 over 10 years. Funding is through the City of Oregon City. No County General Funds are involved.
  4. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Hoodland Fire District #74 for use and possible future conveyance of county-owned properties known as the Hoodland Park Property.  No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.

Approval of Amendment #2 extending the term, updating scope of work, and increasing the funding to a personal services contract with El Programa Hispano Católico for housing navigation and case management services.   2. Approval of Amendment #2 extending the term, updating the scope and increasing the funding of a personal services contract with Greater New Hope Family Services, LLC for Supportive Housing Case Management and Housing Navigation services. Amendment value is $653,207.10 for one year. Agreement value is increased to $2,403,358.45 for 3 years and 8 months. Funding is through Metro Supportive Housing Services Measure funds. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. Approval of Amendment #1 extending the term and increasing the value of a personal services contract with the Native American Youth and Family Center to continue to provide Emergency Shelter, Supportive Housing Case Management, and Rapid Rehousing services. Amendment value is $1,940,805.04 for 1 year, Agreement value is increased to $3,901,594.85 for two years. Funding is through Metro Supportive Housing Services Measure funds.   4. Approval of Amendment #3 increasing the value of a personal services contract with The Father's Heart Street Ministry for outreach, severe weather shelter, and housing navigation.   5. Approval of Amendment #3 increasing the value and extending the term of a personal services contract with Do Good Multnomah to provide supportive housing case management at Clayton Mohr Commons.
