- Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Carl Douglas Cox for Code Compliance Hearings Officer services. Total value is $600,000 for six years. Funding is through permitting revenue, solid waste franchise fees, and fees for service. No County General Funds are involved.

- Approval of Revenue Intergovernmental Grant Agreement with the Oregon Department of Human Services for the Senior Medicare Patrol Grant for Medicare consumer education. Agreement value is $18,500 for 1 year. Funding is through the US Department of Health and Human Services and $1,605 in budgeted County General Funds.
- Approval of Amendment #2 to a Fixed Price Revenue Subagreement from Oregon State University for parenting education program. Amendment value is $93,311 for 1 year. Agreement value increased to $215,851 for 3 years. Funding is through Oregon State University. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Revenue Subagreement from Oregon State University for parenting education programming. Agreement value is $176,063 for 1 year. Funding is through Oregon State University. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of Amendment #6 increasing funding and term of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Clackamas Fire District #1 for Ambulance Services. Amendment value is $147,408.89 for 1 year. Agreement value increased to $3,575,499.96 over 10.67 years. Funding through the cost savings program with American Medical Response Northwest. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of Amendment #5 increasing funding, extending the term and updating program language of an Intergovernmental Revenue Agreement with Oregon Health & Science University for the Oregon Care Coordination Program. Amendment value is $74,977 for 1 year. Agreement value increased to $474,095 for 5.2 Years. Funding is through OHSU Grant Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of Amendment #1 increasing funding and extending the term of a Revenue Grant Agreement from the Oregon Department of Early Learning and Care for continuation of Coordinated Enrollment services for families eligible for publicly-funded preschool programs. Amendment value is $173,980 for 1 year, agreement value increased to $564,480 for 2 years. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Early Learning and Care. No County General Funds are involved.
