- Approval of Amendment #1 increasing funding and duration of a Sub-recipient Agreement with Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon for the Economic Development Project. - Approval of Amendment #6 increasing funding and duration of an Expense Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Lake Oswego for Ambulance Services. Amendment value is $43,368.48 for one year. - Approval of Change Order #008 with Clackamas Progress Partners, LLC for the replacement County Courthouse. Change Order net value is $72,858.45, leaving credits of $663,780.35. Funding is through credits from previous Change Orders, which includes budgeted County General Funds.
Finance
- Approval of Amendment #1 to a Public Improvement Contract with Professional Service Industries Inc. (Intertek) for Courthouse Special Inspection Testing. Amendment value is $187,680, total contract value is increased to $333,065. Funding is through budgeted County General Funds and is eligible for 50% reimbursement from the Oregon Courthouse Capital Construction & Improvement Fund.
County Counsel
- Approval of a Settlement Agreement with Robert Escudero and Clackamas County Employees' Association to Resolve Litigation Related to Employment at Clackamas County Juvenile Department. Total value is $325,000. Funding through Clackamas County Juvenile Department, County Administration and County Risk Funds, which includes $162,500 of County General Funds.
