- Approval of a 3rd Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement with Metro for the Affordable Housing Bond Program allocating $4,164,000 in interest earnings as Rapid Permanent Supportive Housing Funding for the creation of additional Permanent Supportive Housing units with integrated Supportive Housing Services funding commitments. Funding is through Regional Metro Housing Bond Interest. No County General Funds are involved.

- Approval of a Resolution adopting a supplemental budget and making appropriations for fiscal year 2022-2023. Fiscal impact is an increase of $2,514,642 in appropriations, total appropriations are increased to $1,315,230,048. - Approval of a Contract with WorkForce Software, LLC, for Consulting Services to Implement Time and Attendance Software and Annual SaaS Subscription. Contract value is $1,200,000 for 5 years. Funding is through County General Funds.

- Approval of a Board Order Vacating Laura Avenue, a Local Access Road. Vacation Fee $1,898.63. Funding is through petitioner. No County General Funds are involved.

- Approval of a County-Based Services Revenue Agreement with Health Share of Oregon for Behavioral Health Care and Services. Agreement value is $4,184,447 for 1 year. Funding is through the Oregon Health Plan. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of Amendment to the Revenue Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon Health & Science University for the Oregon Care Coordination Program. Amendment value is $74,977 for 1 year, agreement value is increased to $399,118 for 5 years. Funding is through Oregon Health & Science University. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Washington County and Multnomah County for a Regional Medical Reserve Corps Program Specialist that is shared between Washington, Clackamas, and Multnomah Counties to support administration of the three Medical Reserve Corps units.
