  1. Approval of a Resolution transferring appropriations within Health, Housing, and Human Services in accordance with Local Budget Law. Transfer value is $33,219,000. Funding is through Metro Supportive Housing Service funds, the District Attorney’s office appropriated funds, and $1,200,000 in budgeted County General Funds.
  2. Approval of a Resolution Acknowledging Significant Deficiencies in Internal Control over Compliance for Fiscal Year 2021 and Describing Corrective Action in Accordance with ORS 297.466.

Health, Housing and Human Services

  1. Approval to Purchase one Category E-1 Transit Van from Schetky Northwest Sales, Inc. for The Transportation Reaching People Program.   2. Approval of a Revenue Agreement with Clackamas Workforce Partnership for Prosperity 10,000 Adult & Dislocated Workforce Services funds to Increase Workforce Services in Clackamas County. Total value is $149,999 funded through the Governor’s Future Ready Oregon Initiative. No County General Funds are involved. (CFCC)
  3. Approval of Amendment #3 to the Intergovernmental Grant Agreement from the Oregon Health Authority to add COVID and American Rescue Plan Act relief funds to current Drug and Alcohol Prevention Education and Programming in Clackamas County Amendment adds $221,986 for a Maximum Award amount of $1,548,236.   4. Approval of Amendment #1 to the 2022 Amended and Restated County-Based Services Revenue Agreement with Health Share of Oregon for Public Health and Behavior Health Care and Services.
