Health, Housing & Human Services
- Approval of Grant Amendment #6 to a Federal Subrecipient Grant Agreement with Ant Farm, Inc., for Rent Assistance Services.
Total Amendment Value is $547,000. Funding from U.S. Department of Treasury, through a CARES Act grant via the Consolidated Appropriations Act, Federal Emergency Rental Assistance Funds. No County General Funds are involved. - Social Services - Approval of Grant Amendment #1 to a Federal Subrecipient Grant Agreement with Northwest Family Services for Rental Assistance Services.
This Amendment adjusts fund sources and extends the term of the agreement through June 30, 2022. Grant value remains at $325,297. Portions of State and Community Development Block Grant Funding are reduced and replaced with funding from Federal Emergency Rental Assistance Funds. No County General Funds are involved. – Social Services
Transportation and Development
- Approval to apply for a RAISE Discretionary Transportation Grant to replace the bridge across the Bull Run River.
$11,509,700 in grant funds will be requested. Matching funds in the amount of $2,877,425 (20%) will be provided from County Road Use Funds. Weyerhaeuser will contribute $10,000 towards this project. No County General Funds are involved. - Approval of a Contract with Carter & Company, Inc. for the Canby Marquam Highway: Bear Creek Bridge Project.
Total Contract Value is $1,711,843.60. State Funded Local Project Program funds will contribute $1,536,037.26 and County Road Funds will contribute the remaining $175,806.34. No County General Funds are involved.
