5. Approval to Apply for a Grant from Oregon Department of Education Youth Development Division for Youth and Community to Fund PreventNet Community School Sites in Clackamas County. 1. Milwaukie Bay Park Project Design Services – Contract Amendment #4 with 2.ink Studio Landscape Architecture. Amendment value is $643,536 for a total project of $9,600,000. $533,941 funded through System Development Charges and $109,595 through NCPRD General Funds. This is a revisit from 7/6/21.
