  1. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
    (The Chair of the Board will call for statements from citizens regarding issues relating to County government. It is the intention that this portion of the agenda shall be limited to items of County business which are properly the object of Board consideration and may not be of a personal nature. Testimony is limited to three (3) minutes. Comments shall be respectful and courteous to all.)

  2. HOUSING AUTHORITY CONSENT AGENDA
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of a Resolution to authorize a loan of $12,000,000 in Regional Affordable Housing Bond funds and the allocation of 10 Project-Based Regional Long Term Rent Assistance Vouchers to support the El Nido housing project in Lake Oswego. Funding is through the Regional Affordable Housing Bond and Supportive Housing Services Measure funds. No County General Funds are involved.

      1. Approval of Previous Business Meeting Minutes – BCC
      2. Approval of a Grant Application to the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission for Justice Reinvestment Program funding for probation and parole services. Anticipated Grant Value is $4,332,240 for 2 years. Funding is through the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission. No County General Funds are involved.—CCSO
      3. Approval of a Resolution and Grant Application to the Oregon Department of Revenue for a County Assessment Function Funding Assistance Grant. Application Value is approximately $1,280,000 for 1 year. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Revenue. No County General Funds are involved. – Assessor
    2. Transportation & Development
      1. Approval of two Permanent Easements with the City of Portland for the Johnson Creek Boulevard pavement and pedestrian improvements project. Total Easement Price is $16,435. Funding is through County Road Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
    3. Health, Housing & Human Services
      1. Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Bridges to Change for transitional housing with on-site peer support services for treatment court clients. Contract Value is $1,711,627 for 5 years. Funding is through county health center fee for service revenue. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Local Subrecipient Grant Agreement with the Tualatin Food Pantry for updated food storage infrastructure. Agreement Value is $250,000 for 13 months. Funding is through Supportive Housing Services Measure funds. No County General Funds are involved.
      3. Approval of a Grant Agreement for a direct allocation of Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Funds to increase affordable housing inventory in areas impacted by the 2020 Labor Day Wildfires. Grant Value is $7,747,747 for 4 years. Funding is through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. No County General Funds are involved.
  4. NORTH CLACKAMAS PARKS & RECREATION DISTRICT CONSENT AGENDA
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Monroe Park Middle Housing for acquisition of a 9.69-acre parcel for a new park located at SE 70th Avenue and SE Monroe Street. Purchase Price is $3,375,000. Funding is through the NCPRD Property Acquisition Account and reimbursement from the Clackamas County Development Agency. No County General Funds are involved.
    2. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Clackamas County Development Agency for property acquisition and development costs of a new park located at SE 70th Avenue and SE Monroe Street. Agreement Value is $4,875,000 for 15 years. Funding is through North Clackamas Revitalization Area Urban Renewal Funds. No County General Funds are involved.

    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions.     1.
