(The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)- Elected Officials
- Approval of Previous Business Meeting Minutes – BCC
- Approval of a Goods and Services Contract with The Crowley Company for microfilm machines and associated software support. Contract Value is $161,500. Funding is through Restricted Clerk Lien Funds. No County General Funds are involved. – County Clerk
- County Administration
- Approval of a Resolution Delegating Signature Authority for Agreements Related to State Funding for the Courthouse Project. Agreement Value is $139,500,000. Funding is through State of Oregon Article XI-Q Bonds. No County General Funds are involved.
- Transportation & Development
- Approval of a Resolution Declaring the Public Necessity and Purpose for the Acquisition of Rights of Way, Easements, and Fee Property, and Authorizing Good Faith Negotiations and, if necessary, Condemnation Proceedings, for the Courtney Ave Complete Street River Road to OR99E Project. Project Value is $8,355,461. Funding is through Metro grants, County System Development Charges and County Road Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of two Utility Easements to Portland General Electric Company for a transmission line along Stafford Road. Total Easements Value is $8,818. Revenue is to be allocated to the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Public Improvement Contract with Farline Bridge for construction of the Knights Bridge Road Molalla River Bridge Project. Contract value is $3,848,108.33 for 20 months. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Transportation and County Road Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Contract Amendment with Consor North America for construction inspection services for the Stafford Road Improvements Project. Amendment Value is $286,750. Total Contract Value is $2,314,510. Funding is through Community Road Funds, Countywide System Development Charges and HB2017 Safety Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
- Health, Housing & Human Services
- Approval of a Grant Renewal Application to the Oregon Department of Human Services for the Job Opportunity & Basic Skills program for low-income families. Anticipated Grant Value is $1,360,586.77 for 2 years. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Human Services. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Revenue Intergovernmental Agreement with Gladstone School District for behavioral and mental health interventions in classrooms. Agreement Value is $56,600 for 15 months. Funding is through Health Share of Oregon. No County General Funds are involved.

- NORTH CLACKAMAS PARKS & RECREATION DISTRICT CONSENT AGENDA
(The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)- Approval of a Board Order to authorize a Metro Nature in Neighborhood Capital Grant Application for park improvements at 18525 SE River Road, Jennings Lodge. Application Value is $1,000,000. Funding is through Metro and a required match of $670,000 in other grant funds, Zone 2 System Development Charges and NCPRD General Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
