(The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. - *County Counsel
- Approval of a Settlement Agreement in the case of David Buzza v. Clackamas County, et al. Settlement Value is $125,000. Funding is through the County Risk Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
- *Disaster Management
- Approval of a Grant Agreement with the State of Oregon for Fiscal Year 2024 Emergency Management Performance Grant. Total Grant Value is $136,121 for 1 year. Funding is through the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Oregon Department of Emergency Management and matching funds of $105,957 in budgeted County General funds.
- *Health, Housing & Human Services
- Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Portland State University’s Trauma Informed Oregon for Assessment of Public Health Staff. Total Agreement Value is $35,000 for 1 year. Funding is through the Oregon Community Foundation and Kaiser. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Intergovernmental Revenue Agreement with Multnomah County for shared After-Hour Emergency Phone Response Services. Total Agreement Value is $14,315 for 18 months. Funding is through Multnomah County. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment to the Community Mental Health, Addiction Treatment, Recovery & Prevention, and Problem Gambling Services Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Health Authority for individual forensic evaluations. Amendment Value is $40,000.00 for 6 months. Total Agreement Value increased to $17,007,595.75 for 18 months. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Renewal of a Healthcare Services Contract with CareOregon, Inc. for services to young individuals experiencing symptoms consistent with diagnosable psychotic disorder. Renewal Value is $50,000 for 1 year. Total Agreement Value is $100,000 for 2 years. Funding is through the Oregon Health Plan. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment to a Fixed Price Revenue Subagreement with Oregon State University for parenting education. Amendment Value is $78,541 for 6 months. Total Agreement Value increased to $294,392 for 4 years. Funding is through Oregon State University. No County General Funds are involved.

- Approval of an Amendment to an Agreement with The Freshwater Trust for the Henry Creek Culvert Fish Passage Project. Amendment Value is $50,000 and 1 year. Total Agreement Value is $150,000 and 2 years. Funding is through County Road Funds and in-kind services. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment to an Agreement with Oregon Department of Transportation for the Knights Bridge Road Molalla River Bridge project. Amendment Value is $1,021,089.58. Total Agreement Value is $4,622,175.58 and 4 years. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Transportation and $474,697.44 of County Road Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
