    1. Approval of a Resolution Recognizing October 2024 as Domestic Violence Awareness Month –Family Justice Center/Sheriff
    2. Presentation Regarding Earthquake Preparedness and Clackamas County ShakeOut Drill –Disaster Management
  2. *HOUSING AUTHORITY CONSENT AGENDA  
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of an Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with Home Forward for Resident Services for Public Housing families. Amendment Value is $112,550.28 for 6 months. Total Agreement Value increased to $227,500.41 for 1.5 years. Funding is through Supportive Housing Services funds. No County General Funds are involved.

      1. Approval of Previous Business Meeting Minutes – BCC
    2. County Administration
      1. Approval of a Federal Subrecipient Grant Agreement with Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East for Pre-Construction Infrastructure at the West Lake Grove Townhomes. Grant value is $800,000 for 1.5 years. Funding is through County-allocated American Rescue Plan Act Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
    3. County Counsel 
      1. Approval of a Settlement Agreement in the Case of Lori Bell v. Clackamas County, et al. Value of Settlement is $125,000. Funding is through County Risk Fund and WES Budgeted Funds.
    4. Disaster Management 
      1. Approval of an Amendment with the State of Oregon for the FY2023 Emergency Management Performance Grant Agreement. Amendment Value is $30,668 for 1 year. Total Agreement Value is increased to $280,574 and 1 year. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Emergency Management and matching funds of $140,287 of budgeted County General Funds. 
    5. Health, Housing & Human Services 
      1. Approval to submit the annual Consolidated Application for US Department of Housing & Urban Development Continuum of Care grants. Total Application Value is $6,893,194 for 1 year. Match requirement is 25% of the awarded amount, for a maximum amount of $1,723,298.50. County match obligation is funded by Supportive Housing Services and $142,763 in budgeted County General Funds.
      2. Approval of an Amendment to the Revenue Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Health Authority to fund Public Health Services. Amendment Value is $612,356.27 for 1 year. Total Agreement Value is increased to $12,097,806.27 and 2 years. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
      3. Approval of a Purchase and Sale Intergovernmental Agreement with the North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District for the purchase of the property at 15301 SE 92nd Avenue, Clackamas. Purchase price is $3,500,000. Funding is through Supportive Housing Services, Community Mental Health Program and American Rescue Plan Act funds. No County General Funds are involved.
  4. *NORTH CLACKAMAS PARKS & RECREATION DISTRICT CONSENT AGENDA
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of a Board Order Delegating Signing Authority of Grant Applications, Grants, Cooperative Agreements, and Amendments or Renewals Up to $150,000 to the District Administrator.
    2. Approval of a Purchase and Sale Intergovernmental Agreement with Clackamas County for the sale of the property at 15301 SE 92nd Avenue, Clackamas. Sale price is $3,500,000. Funding is through Supportive Housing Services, Community Mental Health Program and American Rescue Plan Act funds. No County General Funds are involved.

    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)

    (The Chair of the Board will call for statements from citizens regarding issues relating to County government. It is the intention that this portion of the agenda shall be limited to items of County business which are properly the object of Board consideration and may not be of a personal nature. Testimony is limited to three (3) minutes. Comments shall be respectful and courteous to all.)
