    2. Adoption of Previously Approved Comprehensive Plan and Zoning and Development Ordinance Amendments, ZDO-285, Minor & Time-Sensitive Comprehensive Plan and Zoning and Development Ordinance Amendments and New Housing Options

    1. First reading of an Ordinance Amending County Code Chapters 7.01, Vehicle Parking & Towing, and 2.07, Compliance Hearings Officer. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
  4. CONSENT AGENDA 
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)

      1. Approval of Previous Business Meeting Minutes – BCC
      2. *Approval of a work order contract with DPI Security Inc., for uniformed screening services at designated County court-related facilities. Total value is $759,179.16 for 1 year. Funding through Fines and Fees and $593,816.40 in budgeted County General Funds. – Sheriff
      3. *Approval of Amendment #1 to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Corrections for additional funding toward Community Corrections programming. Amendment value is $906,307, total agreement value is $14,869,113 over 2 years. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Corrections. No County General Funds are involved. – Sheriff
    2. *Tourism
      1. Approval of Amendment #1 to Professional Services Contract with Travel Oregon to Tourism to receive funds to implement the FY24/25 Regional Cooperative Tourism Plan. Contract amendment value is $400,000 and 1 year, total contract value is increased to $800,000 for 2 years. Funding is through Travel Oregon. No County General Funds are involved.
    3. *Transportation & Development
      1. Approval of Amendment #2 removing funding obligation deadline from Grant Agreement with Oregon Department of Transportation for Sunrise Corridor Community Visioning Project. No fiscal impact, total grant value remains $4,000,000 over 4 years. Funding through the Oregon Department of Transportation. No County General Funds are involved.
    4. *Technology Services
      1. Approval of a Board Order authorizing a Purchase Order for Adobe Enterprise Volume Licensing through a Cooperative Contract with Dell Marketing LP. Purchase order value is $203,786.91 for 1 year. Funding is through departmental cost allocation and direct departmental billing which may include a small portion of budgeted County General Funds.
    5. *Health, Housing, & Human Services
      1. Approval of Amendment #3 extending the duration and increasing the rent amount of a lease with North Clackamas School District #12 for Women, Infants, and Children Program services at Wichita Center. Amendment value is $11,227.56 for 1 year, total lease value is increased to $37,703.16 for 5 years. Funding is through Federal passthrough funds from the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Revenue Grant Amendment #1 from Oregon Department of Early Learning and Care for Clackamas Early Learning Hub programming. Amendment value is $341,768.46, total agreement value is increased to $2,129,032.46 for 2 years. Funding is through the State of Oregon. No County General Funds are involved.
      3. Approval of Amendment #1 to a Grant Agreement with the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission for the Driving under Influence of Intoxicants Court program. Amendment value is $54,459, total agreement value is increased to $188,771 for 1 year and 9 months. Funding is through the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission. No County General Funds are involved.
  5. *WATER ENVIRONMENT SERVICES CONSENT AGENDA 
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of Amendment #3 with Consor North America, Inc. for the Intertie 2 Pump Station & Force Main Expansion. Amendment value is $1,419,450. Total Contract Value is $3,255,716. Funding through WES Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
    2. Approval of Amendment #2 with Jacobs Engineering Group for the Tri-City Outfall Project. Amendment value is $806,051. Total Contract Value is $2,061,086. Funding through WES Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
