    (The following items will be individually presented by County staff or other appropriate individuals. Persons appearing shall clearly identify themselves and the department or organization they represent. In addition, a synopsis of each item, together with a brief statement of the action being requested shall be made by those appearing on behalf of an agenda item.)
    1. Second reading and adoption of an Ordinance amending Clackamas County Code Chapter 5.01, Animal Licensing, Services and Enforcement. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved. – Continued from March 14, 2024.
  2. CONSENT AGENDA 
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)

      1. Approval of Previous Business Meeting Minutes – BCC
    2. Transportation & Development
      1. Approval of a Board Order vacating a portion of Spaulding Avenue, County Road 2229. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Board Order authorizing a Purchase Order for three (3) 2025 Freightliner 114SD Truck with Columbia dump bodies for Transportation Maintenance though a State of Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Premier Truck Group of Portland. Total Contract Value is $815,685. Funding through County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
    3. Health, Housing, & Human Services
      1. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Clackamas County Development Agency to continue administering a Housing Rehabilitation program for low-income homeowners in the North Clackamas Renewal Area. Agreement value is $300,000 for five years. Funding is through the Development Agency North Clackamas Renewal Area funds. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Subrecipient Agreement with the Clackamas County Children’s Commission for Healthy Families of Oregon Programming. Agreement value is $1,792,274.92 for 1 year and 8 months. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Early Learning and Care. No County General Funds are involved.
    4. County Administration
      1. Approval of a Change Order with Clackamas Progress Partners, LLC for Change Order 017 for the Replacement County Courthouse. Change Order value is $24,353.85, leaving a balance of $169,574.55 in credits. Funding through credits from previous Change Orders, which includes budgeted County General Funds.
    5. Tourism
      1. Approval of a Goods and Services Contract with Oregon Media LLC for design, printing and distribution of annual travel planners. Contract value not to exceed $657,090 over 5 years. Funding through Transient Room Tax. No county General Funds are involved.
    6. Human Resources
      1. Approval of the Memorandums of Agreement regarding Cost of Living Adjustments for represented employees with the Clackamas County Employees Association, the Clackamas County Employees Association for the Housing Authority, the Clackamas County Employees Association for part-time and temporary employees, and AFSCME Local 350-0 for DTD/BCS. Total value is $1,358,576. Funding is through State and Federal funds, fees and fines and other budgeted funds and approximately $600,000 in unbudgeted County General Funds.

It is the intention that this portion of the agenda shall be limited to items of County business which are properly the object of Board consideration and may not be of a personal nature. Testimony is limited to three (3) minutes. Comments shall be respectful and courteous to all.)
