  1. *HOUSING AUTHORITY CONSENT AGENDA  
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of Amendment #1, adding time, scope of work, and funding, to the Construction Contract with Nomarco, Inc for the Housing Authority of Clackamas County Wide Flatwork Project. Amendment value is $148,500 and 60 days, contract value is increased to $476,500 for 240 days. Funding is through the Capital Fund Federal Grant and Housing Authority Local Project Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
    2. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Home Forward for continued Resident Services staff to expand programming for families living in Public Housing. Agreement value is $114,950.13 for 1 year, with five 1-year renewal options. Funding is through Metro Supportive Housing Services Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. NORTH CLACKAMAS PARKS & RECREATION DISTRICT PUBLIC HEARINGS              
    (The following items will be individually presented by County staff or other appropriate individuals. Persons appearing shall clearly identify themselves and the department or organization they represent. In addition, a synopsis of each item, together with a brief statement of the action being requested shall be made by those appearing on behalf of an agenda item.)
    1. First reading of an Ordinance to Amend the North Clackamas Parks & Recreation District System Development Charge Capital Improvement Plan

      1. Approval of Previous Business Meeting Minutes – BCC
      2. *Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Veneta for the Digitization of their Archival film. Agreement value is $12,000. The funding is through the City of Veneta. No County General Funds are involved. – County Clerk
    2. *Disaster Management
      1. Approval of corrected amendment #3 with the City of Portland for UASI 20 Funds. The amendment will add $11,000 for Building Damage Assessment Trainings. No County General Funds are involved.
    3. *Transportation and Development
      1. Approval of an Agreement with The Freshwater Trust for the Henry Creek Culvert Fish-Passage Project. Agreement value is not to exceed $100,000. Funding through County Road Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Contract with Dark Horse Construction, LLC for the Canby-Marquam Hwy at Lone Elder Rd Intersection Improvements Project. Contract value is $739,927. Funding through Community Road Funds, Transportation System Development Charges, and HB 2017 Safety Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
    4. *Health, Housing, and Human Services
      1. Approval of a Subrecipient Agreement with the City of Oregon City for ADA Ramps & Sidewalk Improvements. Total value is $432,600 for one year. Funding through Federal Community Development Block Grant. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Revenue Grant Amendment #2 from Oregon Department of Education for the Healthy Families Oregon program. Grant Amendment decreases the value by $47,293.78 for a total value of $2,054,736.08 for 2 years. Funding through Oregon Department of Education. No County General Funds are involved.
      3. Approval of a Revenue Amendment #1 from Clackamas Workforce Partnership for Prosperity 10,000 to increase Workforce Services in Clackamas County. Amendment value is $10,000 for a total value of $159,999 for 1 year. Funding through Clackamas Workforce Partnership. No County General Funds are involved.
  5. *WATER ENVIRONMENT SERVICES CONSENT AGENDA  
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of a Board Order authorizing purchase of a 2024 Freightliner 114SD Truck with Owen Equipment Hydro/Vactor Combination Upfit through an Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Premier Truck Group of Portland. Total Contract Value is $560,601. Funding is through Water Environment Services Sanitary Sewer Construction Funds. No General Country Funds are involved.
  6. *DEVELOPMENT AGENCY CONSENT AGENDA  
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of a Disposition Agreement with Anchor Health Properties, LLC for the Sale of Development Agency Property for $850,000.00. No County General Funds are involved.

  7. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION             
    (The Chair of the Board will call for statements from citizens regarding issues relating to County government. It is the intention that this portion of the agenda shall be limited to items of County business which are properly the object of Board consideration and may not be of a personal nature. Testimony is limited to three (3) minutes. Comments shall be respectful and courteous to all.)
