- Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Clackamas County for On-Call Property Maintenance of the Veteran Village property. Contract value is $50,000 for 5 years. Funding through Metro Supportive Housing Services Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with Home Forward to provide resident services and supportive housing case management at Tukwila Springs and an Assignment Addendum to transfer the agreement to Clackamas County. Amendment value is $590,389.89, total agreement value is increased to $3,134,460.13. Funding is through Metro Supportive Housing Services Funds. No Clackamas County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment to the Annual Contributions Contract with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for funding flexibility for the Moving to Work Program. Amendment has no fiscal impact, contract value remains at $19,151,246. Funding through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. No County General Funds are involved.

No County General Funds are involved.

Amendment value is $1,184.051.35 for 1 year and 7 months, total contract value is increased $1,750,151.35 for 2 years and 8 months. Funding through the Metro Supportive Housing Services funds.
