Requested grant value is $493,375, with no match requirement. No County General Funds are involved. – CCSO
- *Approval of a Goods and Services Contract with Command Sourcing Inc. for Jail Bed Replacement and Installation. Contract value not to exceed $879,814. Funding is through budgeted County General Funds. – CCSO

- Approval of a Sub-recipient Grant Agreement with the Oregon State Police for a Federal Fiscal Year 2021 Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness Grant to provide training to the Local Emergency Preparedness Committee and other emergency responders. Grant value is $21,000, with an in-kind match of $5,250 in staff time. Funding is through the US Department of Transportation and staff time paid through budgeted County General Funds.

- Approval of an Amendment for a one-time payment from a Revenue Agreement with CareOregon, Inc. for the Operational & Quality Incentive Program. - Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Gladstone School District to embed a Mental Health Specialist at Gladstone High School. Agreement value is $61,521 for 7 months. Funding is through the Gladstone School District. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment increasing funding and extending the duration of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Human Services for the Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance Senior Medicare Patrol Program. Amendment value is $15,800 for 1 year, agreement value increased to $25,800 for 2 years. Funding through the Federal Senior Medicare Patrol Grant. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment increasing funding of an Intergovernmental Revenue Agreement with the Oregon Department of Human Services for the Oregon Money Management Program in Clackamas County. - Approval of an Amendment extending duration of a Subrecipient Agreement with Metropolitan Family Services to continue Family Resource Coordinator services in North Clackamas County. Amendment extends grant for 6 months, grant value remains at $146,119, now for 21 months. Funding is through the Oregon Early Learning Division. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment changing reporting frequency to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Health Authority for Community Restoration Services. Amendment has no fiscal impact, agreement value remains at $764,788 for 1 year. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment extending duration and modifying payments to 3 Intergovernmental Agreements with Clackamas Fire District #1, the City of Lake Oswego, and Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue District for Ambulance Services. Combined fiscal impact is $236,228.76 for 1 year, agreement combined value is now $2,553,670.61 for 9.67 years. Funding is through American Medical Response NW. No County General funds are involved.
- Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Washington County to partner on a Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Ballot Measure 108 Commercial Tobacco Prevention Community Grant. Agreement value is $110,000 for 7 months. Funding is provided by Washington County. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Public Improvement Contract with GSI Builders, Inc. to build the Clackamas Volunteers in Medicine Health Clinic in Oregon City. Total contract value is $1,699,668. Funded through Community Development Block Grant CARES Act Funds and Secured Clackamas Volunteers in Medicine Funds. No County General Funds are involved.

- Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation for a Pedestrian Safety Marketing and Enforcement Campaign. Agreement value is $75,000 for 1 year, with a $19,126.08 match. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Transportation and the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation for a Driving While Impaired Marketing and Enforcement Campaign. Agreement value is $50,000 for 1 year, with a $14,548.12 match. Funding is the Oregon Department of Transportation and the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Washington County and the City of Wilsonville related to the Stafford Road at 65th Avenue Temporary Traffic Signal and Traffic Control changes at 65th Avenue at Elligsen Road Project. Agreement value is $5,000 for 1 year. Funding is through the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.

- Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Star Cars, LLC. for Equipment Installation for Marked and Unmarked County Vehicles and Sheriff Patrol Vehicles. Contract value is $710,000 over 4.6 years. Funding through budgeted County General Funds for the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, the Clackamas County Public Safety Local Option Levy, and Clackamas County Enhanced Law Enforcement District Funds.
- Approval of an Amendment extending the duration, modifying scope of work, and increasing funding to a Contract with CONSOR North America, Inc. (formerly Murraysmith, Inc.) for the Jennings Ave: OR99E to Oatfield Rd Project. Amendment value is $188,189.87 for 1.5 years, contract value is now $1,280,660.62 for 4.7 years.
