- **Transportation & Development
- Approval of a Resolution Declaring the Public Necessity and Purpose for Acquisition of Rights of Way, Easements, and Fee Property for the South Ivy Street Pedestrian Intersection Improvements Project and Authorizing Good Faith Negotiations and Condemnation Actions. Total project value is $6,397,399, of which $878,371 has been allocated to right of way. Funding is through the Oregon Local Project Program Fund and the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Board Order Vacating a Portion of Whipple Avenue, a Local Access Road. Total agreement value is $3,081.43. Funding is through user fees. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation to complete the Walk Bike Clackamas Plan, which would update the County’s Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plans. Total grant value is $222,000, including County matching funds of $22,500. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Transportation and the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of Amendment #1 to Contract #1868 with David Evans and Associates, Inc., for Consulting Engineering Services for the Canby Marquam Hwy Bear Creek Bridge Project Due To Increased Scope of Work. Amendment value is $230,837.15, total agreement value is now $529,737.26. Funding is through the Oregon Local Project Program Fund and the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Contract with Quincy Engineering, Incorporated, for Design Services for the Molalla River (Knights Bridge Rd) Rehabilitation Project. Contract value is $531,900.83. Funding is through the Oregon Local Project Program Funds and the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
- **Disaster Management
- Approval of Amendment #3 to Subrecipient Agreement #32002332 with the City of Portland for Fiscal Year 2019 Urban Area Security Initiative funds, extending the duration of the agreement to November 1, 2022. Total grant value remains at $387,700. Funding is through the US Department of Homeland Security. No County General Funds are involved.

- Approval of a Disposition Agreement with One Monarch Center, LLC for the Sale of Development Agency Property. Total agreement value is $870,489, less agreed upon closing costs. Funded through payment from acquiring party. No County General Funds are involved.
