This amendment extends the term of the Agreement. Maximum compensation of $706,639.03 is unchanged by this Amendment. Agreement funded by Federal and State funds provided by Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved. – Behavioral Health - Approval of Amendment #1 to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) from the State of Oregon, Housing and Community Services Department to Administer Low-Income Housing Water Assistance (LIHWA) and Winter Shelter Investment - Out of the Cold (WSI-OOTC) programs.
This Amendment updates the Definitions within the Master Agreement and one of the Program Elements. It does not change the value of the IGA. Funding through the State of Oregon, Department of Housing and Community Services. No County General Funds are involved. – Social Services - Approval of Amendment #2 to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) from the State of Oregon, Housing and Community Services Department to Administer Oregon Eviction Diversion and Prevention Program (ORE-DAP) and COVID Energy Assistance Program (CEAP).
This Amendment updates definitions, scope and program elements. There is no dollar change. Funding through the State of Oregon, Department of Housing and Community Services. No County General Funds are involved. – Social Services - Approval of Contract Amendment #1 with Dirgesh LLC for On-Call Hotel Rooms for Temporary Housing Participants.
This Amendment adds $248,000 for a new maximum contact value of $830,400 funded with Federal Emergency Management Agency and Emergency Shelter Grant funds. No County General Funds are involved. – Social Services - Approval of Amendment #1 to an Agency Services Contract Agreement with SRS LLC for On-Call Hotel Rooms for Temporary Housing Participants.
Increases the Pool of Funding Available by $218,000 for a revised maximum value of $800,400. Funded with Federal Emergency Management Funds and Emergency Shelter Grant Funds. No County General Funds are involved. – Social Services - Approval of a Joint Reciprocal Parking Space Easement for the Sandy Health Center Project with the City of Sandy.
The total cost to prepare the Easement documentation was $1500 funded through budgeted Health Centers Division Fund Balance. No County General Funds are involved. – Community Development - Approval of Change Order Number 8 for the Sandy Health Center Project with Banlin Construction, LLC.
This Change Order adds a 30 day extension with no change in the total contract value. No County General Funds are involved. – Community Development

- Approval of a Contract with Northstar Electric, Inc. for the Regional Freight ITS Project which will improve reliability and safety for freight vehicles and the traveling public within the Clackamas and Wilsonville Industrial Areas of Clackamas County.
Total Contract Value is $1,373,720 funded through Federal Surface Transportation Block Grant and the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved. - Approval of a Contract with Stellar J, Corporation for the South End Road MP 3.8 Project which will stabilize the roadway and slope at that location.
Total Contract Value is $3,272,707.25 funded through Federal Emergency Relief Funds in the amount of $2,936,600.22 and a 10.27% Match of $335,107.03 funded through the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.

No County General Funds are involved. - Approval of Amendment #5 to the Cooperative Law Enforcement Services Agreement between the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service for patrol services in the Mt. Hood National Forest.
This Amendment carries forward the unused portion of the 2021 operating plan in the amount of $76,809.30 funded by the USDA Forest Service. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a contract with Keefe Commissary Network LLC for Inmate Commissary Services.

- Approval of a Service Level Agreement with MCImetro for the lease of dark fiber on the Clackamas County Broadband exchange’s fiber network.
MCImetro will pay a recurring lease fee of $21,112.80 annually for the 4 Connections. The funding for this expansion of the CBX fiber network will be from the CBX budget and then reimbursed by MCImetro. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Service Level Agreement with MCImetro for the lease of dark fiber on the Clackamas County Broadband exchange’s fiber network.

- Approval of a Subrecipient Agreement between Community Corrections and Northwest Family Services for Community-Based Victim Services.

Upon closing the Agency will receive $138,000. No County General Funds are involved. - Approval of a First Amendment to a Post-Closing and Development Agreement between the Development Agency and Shanti Investments, LLC regarding the property located on the northwest corner of the intersection of SE 92nd Avenue and Johnson Creek Blvd.
This Agreement extends the required date for substantial completion of the development until November 22, 2023. The $25,000 security deposit provided by the Developer will continue to be held in escrow. No County General Funds are involved.
