    (The following items will be individually discussed by the Board only, followed by Board action.)
    1. Water Environment Services
      1. Approval of a Goods and Services Contract between Water Environment Services and Tribeca Transport LLC for Long-Haul Biosolids Transport and Application.
        Maximum contract value is $2,000,000 funded through WES Operational Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. *WATER ENVIRONMENT SERVICES CONSENT AGENDA
    (The following Items are considered to be routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of Amendment #5 to the Contract with MurraySmith, Inc. for 2019-55 Pump Station Rehabilitation and Upgrades Project for the Bolton, River Street, and Clackamas Pump Stations.
      This Amendment increases the contract by $476,942 for a new Total Contract Value of $2,131,706. Funded through WES Capital Improvement Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
    2. Acceptance of an Indemnity Agreement protecting the County and Water Environment Services from future claims or damages related to the vacation of a Portion of SE 79th Avenue and infrastructure existing in the affected area.
      There is no fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. *NORTH CLACKAMAS PARKS & RECREATION DISTRICT CONSENT AGENDA
    (The following Items are considered to be routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of a Board Order Authorizing the North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District to apply for a Metro Trails Grant for Development of the Trolley Trail Multiuse Path along Milwaukie Bay Park.
      The Grant seeks $624,250 in funding, with a required 45% match ($510,750) funded through System Development Charges. No County General Funds are involved.

      12. Approval of Amendment #2 to a Federal Subrecipient Grant Agreement with Clackamas Women’s Services.
        This Amendment adds $25,535.50 for a new Total Value of $108,362.50. Funding through Emergency Food & Shelter Program Phase 38 Funds for Emergency Shelter Services. No County General Funds are involved. – Social Services
      13. Approval of Amendment #1 to a Grant Agreement with Impact NW for Shelter Plus Care Services.
        This Amendment adds $63,310.68 for a new Total Value of $363,310.68. Funding through budgeted County General Funds. – Social Services
      14. Approval of Amendment #01 to a Contract with Project Quest dba Quest Center for Integrative Health for W.I.S.H Program Services.

      15. Approval of Amendment #02 to a Subrecipient Grant Agreement with CODA, Inc. for Housing Assistance Program Services.
        Amendment extends the term of the Agreement and increased the value of the Agreement by $106,866.50 for a new maximum value of $706,639.03. Agreement funded by Federal and State funds provided by Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved. – Behavioral Health
      16. Approval of Revenue Grant Agreement No. 21418 from Oregon Department of Education, Early Learning Division for Healthy Families Oregon.
        Grant Agreement has a maximum value of $1,969,591.26. No County General Funds are involved. – CFCC
      17. Approval of a Revenue Grant Agreement from the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs to expand and enhance outreach and services to Oregon Veterans.
        Grant Award is $74,871 funded through State of Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs Grant No. VS_0146. No County General Funds are involved. – CFCC
      18. Approval of Amendment 1# to Intergovernmental Grant Revenue Agreement No. 171675 with the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment and Training services.
        This amendment reduces agreement by $10,617.85. No County General Funds are involved – CFCC
      19. Approval of a Subrecipient Grant Agreement with Clackamas County Children’s Commission to provide Healthy Family program services to families in Clackamas County.
        Grant Agreement is fully funded by Oregon Department of Education and has a maximum value of $1,978,864. No County General funds are involved – CFCC
    4. *Transportation and Development
      1. Approval of a Resolution Declaring the Public Necessity and Purpose for Acquisition of Rights of Way, Easements, and Fee Property for the Canby-Marquam Hwy at Lone Elder Rd Intersection Improvements Project and Authorizing Good Faith Negotiations and Condemnation Actions.
        The right of way budget for the project is $151,706 and is included within the $1,043,579 total project budget. Funded through County Road Fund HB2017, Community Road Fund, and Transportation System Development Charges. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Supplemental Project Agreement with Oregon Department of Transportation for the Courtney Ave Complete Street: River Rd - OR99E Project.
        Overall Project Cost Estimate is $5,661,420, funded through Metro / Federal Capital Grant Funds via Regional Flexible Funds Allocation Grant, State HB 2017 and County Road Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
      3. Acceptance of an Indemnity Agreement protecting the County and Water Environment Services from future claims or damages related to the vacation of a Portion of SE 79th Avenue and infrastructure existing in the affected area.
        There is no fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
      4. Approval of a Contract with Kittelson and Associates, Inc. for the SE Johnson Creek Blvd 79th Place – 82nd Ave Project.
        Contract total is $534,533.31 funded through ARTS Funds, Community Road Fund, Condition of Approval Permit, Clackamas County Development Agency, and County Road Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
    5. **County Counsel
      1. Adoption of an Order approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Oregon related to funding for a future county courthouse.
        Total project cost is approximately $230,000,000 funded through a combination of local funds from the County General Funds and matching funds from the State of Oregon.
