Las Flores Apartments

Las Flores Apartments is a multi-building complex that is set around a central green space, which will be designed as a publicly accessible park. Located minutes from the Clackamas Community College campus in Oregon City, the 5-acre site rests on a hillside abutting a quiet residential neighborhood to the east and overlooking retail and commercial amenities to the west.

This family housing includes 31 units for field laborers and their families and 12 units for agricultural workers and their families. Nine permanent supportive housing (PSH) units are for households transitioning out of homelessness. 70 units are at 30% AMI, 101 are at 60% AMI, as well as one manager’s unit. The units include:

• 42 One-bedroom units
• 54 two-bedroom units
• 66 three-bedroom units
• 9 four-bedroom units
