Join Friends of Trees and the City of Happy Valley to plant hundreds of pollinator-friendly native plants creating a pollinator garden at Village Green Park! These plants will help create valuable habitat for native pollinators and provide seasonal beauty for park go-ers.
Please arrive by 8:45am to sign-in and be assigned a planting crew. The planting starts at 9:00am. We provide gloves, tools, and planting guidance, as well as breakfast snacks and hot drinks -- all you need to do is show up dressed for the weather wearing sturdy shoes or boots, and be ready to have fun!
