All:Ready Network

The All:Ready Network was a Regional Kindergarten Readiness Network in the Portland Metro Area from 2017-2024. It was birthed out of Health Share of Oregon and further supported by Clackamas County as it strengthens its regional family-driven culturally sustaining initiatives, continues its anti-racism and trauma informed organizational change trainings and resource development, and begins to imagine a more independent, autonomous future moving forward.

The Network was comprised of over 60 regional partners committed to redesigning how we work together so that race, class, and disability no longer predict families’ access to and use of quality early childhood supports and services that ensure readiness for Kindergarten and beyond. The North Star was a system that meets the needs of every child and every family. You can learn more about the Network here:

Parents, community leaders and system partners worked to create meaningful culturally affirming resources that would ensure families feel seen and valued as they navigate early childhood services. These include a series of booklets on supporting a child with disabilities as well as a guidebook for providers on how to best support a family’s home culture during screening and assessment.
