Nearly a fifth of the waste our region sends to the landfill is food waste. Join over 100 businesses in Clackamas County that are keeping food out of the trash. We'll show you how by covering a variety of topics, including:

Representatives will be available from the Clackamas County Health Department, your garbage collector, and technical assistance advisors to answer questions.

This free workshop is open to any restaurant, coffee shop, retirement community, grocery store, institution or other food-related business in Clackamas County including businesses within Canby, Happy Valley, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, North Clackamas (82nd Ave area), Oak Grove, West Linn, Wilsonville.
