How Many People are Homeless in Clackamas County?
Clackamas County is in need of volunteers to participate in the Point-In-Time count January 11-13. Volunteers will help seek people who are unsheltered—sleeping outdoors, in camps, on the street, in vehicles or in abandoned buildings or sheds. We also seek to include people who are couch surfing, living in overcrowded living situations due to lack of permanent housing. The upcoming 2019 Homeless Count will generate current information and provide valuable data that will help develop programs to meet the needs of homeless children and adults in Clackamas County. Volunteers can specify date, time and activity options. Learn more or register to volunteer online by clicking here.
