About the Victim Services Program
The Victim Services Program (VSP) of the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office Parole & Probation Division provides direct services to Victims of Crime (VOCs) in which the offender has been sentenced to a term of community supervision.
Victim of Crime (VOC): A crime survivor engaged with the criminal justice system.
We help VOCs who reside in Clackamas County, regardless of where the offender is being supervised. We can also assist VOCs who do not reside in Clackamas County if the offender is on supervision here.
Our services are designed to meet needs of protection, notification, and restoration.
We believe in giving every VOC a voice in the Criminal Justice process. We want you to be heard and understood as well as work with you to have your safety needs met. We promise to listen to your needs, and provide a pathway for your voice to be heard.
The VSP works in conjunction with the Clackamas County District Attorney's Office Victim Assistance Program as well as partners at A Safe Place Family Justice Center to provide wrap-around, supportive services.
